I hope your day is filled with joy, Love and affection. Even if you don't have that special someone to spend it with (like me :)) EDIT: Yes I do! (Tell you more below!)
Not all is bad, you are still loved and surrounded by people who care and love you each day- Your family and friends! So who cares if you dont have that special somebody yet, you will find he/she one day in the future, but for now, always know you are loved somewhere in the world tonight!
