Right now I'm going to introduce you to my new segment Medoll Tips! It's anything and everything to do with your medoll to help to improve it, make it more stylish, find your style etc. Hopefully you will like it and hopefully provide help to you if you are struggling on what to do with your medoll! Here is the first tip ever:
Simplify your Medoll's look.
I Just hate it when I visit beautiful medolls but there is just too much going on with it! Which causes it to look tacky, Just like this look:
Now you have to agree with me, there is just too much going on. One golden rule when your doing your doll's look is do not and I repeat do not have, a headpiece, earrings & a necklace in one look, it's just too much going on. Also streaks if you don't do them right they can turn into a disaster! The makeup on this doll is way to harsh so it makes it well.. look harsh! So this is not what to do in a medoll look!
Now the
Simplified Version:
Now can't you see it is more clean, simple, and classy. The makeup isnt too harsh, a simple smokey eye and the hair colour is complementing the look! This look can also allow you to put your own edge to your doll! just like these examples:
etc. You hopefully get the memo! :) you can also add some accessories if you want, I just didn't!
Now the golden rules to getting that perfect simple look are:
- Never use more than two accessories in one look!
- Don't have harsh makeup, the more well balanced the more better, here are some ideas:
- Make sure the hair and hair colour is right for the look
- Go easy on the streaks - even stay away from them
- And make sure the facial features are right for the kind of look you are aiming for!
Hopefully this tip will help you simplify your doll or just give you some ideas on what to do on your medoll!
xx Tayy
i really love it!
